Our Program


In a fast paced 2 day leadership experience you will be presented with the 12 Indispensable Leadership Skills. This workshop will stretch your mind and heart and you will leave with a very clear, practical, and implementation ready plan for leadership. The workshop will help you personally, professionally, and organizationally.

There are three components to our program:

TRAINING - In a classroom environment leaders are taught twelve indispensable leadership tools that focus on both hard and soft skills. For more information please click the appropriate link on the right side of this page to access our brochures.

COACHING - Learning leadership principles in a classroom setting is necessary but not sufficient, they must be integrated into the leader's life and practice and this is best done through coaching. To coach is to observe a person in action and then provide specific, useful feedback. We provide personalized coaching for key leaders of the organization.

CONSULTING - Too many leaders fool themselves into thinking their organizations are run well. They're like the parents in Garrison Keillor's fictional Lake Wobegon, all of whom think their children are above average. Then the top performers at Lake Wobegon High School arrive at the University of Minnesota or Colgate or Princeton and find out they're average or even below average.
